Don’t just hear it. Hear it right.

Meyer Sound is the crème de la crème in high performance, high-fidelity sound. Founded in 1979 by John and Helen Meyer, their products grace concert arenas and symphony halls all over the world, from San Francisco to Vienna to Moscow.

Finally, a project where I couldn't overwrite.

Creating a brand ident for Meyer Sound was a rare opportunity to flex a different creative muscle. As a copywriter, I'm used to telling stories with words. This time, the challenge was to tell one entirely through sound and visuals. A dream assignment, really. Even if it did bring back my childhood fear of the THX ident. If you know, you know.

Inspired by Chladni patterns, we explored the idea of making sound visible through material transformation. Obsidian rock morphs into clear glass as a multi-instrument ensemble tunes to a single note: A.
